At the lower floor is the master room with wood style furniture and a big double bed. Left is another bedroom that has two single beds (and can have one more extra bed if needed.)   And on the right one more with a double bed .All of them have their own toilet, TV and balcony or terrace.  All  of them from the one side are on the ground floor.

Bellow there is one apartment with two rooms with toilet each and a corner kitchen. They are on then the same level with the garden and the swimming pool.

Aerides  villa is the ideal choice for a large family that travel with  their old parents or with a lady  who takes care for their  children .

The view is amazing as are the comforts and the spaces all around the villa. You have direct access to the pool and the view as well as in the garden and the paths inside the villa. In the night the lights of the villa are joining the lights of the city .

The swimming pool  is 8 to 6 m and depth 1 to 2 meter and has wooden beds and arm chairs  with grass all around ,trees and plants that gives you the privacy to enjoy the fresh cool water as long your parents are reading or watching the view and the children are observing the gold  fishes and the water lilies. Villa Aerides in Skiathos Island is available for rent for a minimum stay of 7 nights

INTERIOR

 

 

The main entrance to Villa Aerides is to the top floor’s large open-plan, split level space which includes a kitchen, dining area and living room with many windows from which to admire the view and doors leading out to a large terrace. This spacious and airy room has wooden ceilings and a big wooden dining table. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and includes an electric oven with two gas and electric hobs, microwave,dishwasher and a dining area sitting just next to the living room. The living room has a corner fireplace and two sofas. A television sits in one corner and a good selection of books music CDs and DVDs line the walls. Free wifi and desk service if needed, (printer, scanner etc.). Two doors lead out to a large, well-furnished terrace with stunning views. On the same floor there is a w/c with shower and  washing machine area.   A wooden staircase leads up to a wooden loft with a double bed, a computer corner and wooden closet.

Stairs next to the entrance lead down to the lower level where there are two  double and one twin bedrooms, there is one bathroom and 2 w/cs with shower. Both bedrooms have doors leading out to terraces.

All spaces have TV and air conditioning and also centgral heating for the winter.

 

 

EXTERIOR

 

Villa Aerides  is traditional-modern  in style and sits in its own well maintained gardens, accessed by a gate set within trees designed to protect its privacy. A large, partially covered terrace is conveniently located just off the dining room and overlooking the pool and long picnic-style table and plenty of cushions.

Stairs lead down to the spacious pool area, from which the same amazing views can be enjoyed.

SURROUNDINGS

Villa Aerides  is situated in the hillside above the town and can be reached in approximately 5 minutes by car from Skiathos town (appr.1600m)  with the beach at Xanemos only a few minutes drive away.

60m nearby the villa is the main road with the bus stop; the public bus drives  to  Skiathos town  on the left and  the monastery of Evagelistria on the right.

 The villa is also a great starting point for walkers as there are many tracks to explore close by.

You need approximately 10 minutes walking to reach the two best taverns on the island; AGNADIO  tavern on  the  way to the town  and ANATOLI tavern on the way to the Monastery .

With the welcome drink   a information dossier -file with the map and the Skiathos DVD’s menu information for the island , were to eat and what  , places to visit ,dates and places of celebrations , telephones for reservations for tickets, taverns , social activities or necessary phones like  taxis doctors etc.

At the TV the interior channel will give you information about staying at Aerides, like..    PLEASE DON’T LEAVE THE CHILDREN ALONE AT THE SWIMMING POOL or DON’T DRINK THE WATER FROM THE TAP or even

DON’T FEED THE GOLDFISH and DON’T THROW ANYTHING IN THE FISHPOND AND THE SWIMMING POOL!!  Or even inform you about important changes of the weather like a strong storm. Also when we have bad weather or you like to stay at home , some books ,music CD’s and a big collection of DVD’s or table games or music instruments if you play music, will help to pass your time nicely.
